Regional Alumni Chapters
NOLS regional alumni chapters are groups of alumni who periodically gather informally to pursue social activities, educational opportunities, and plan activities where they can use the skills they learned at NOLS. Chapters are a great way to meet folks, continue with your outdoor pursuits and reconnect with NOLS. Boston, Chicago, Colorado Front Range, India, Los Angeles, New York City, Pacific Northwest, San Francisco, Teton Valley, Washington D.C. and there are also groups of active alumni in Atlanta, New Mexico, St. Louis and Minnesota's Twin Cities

Alumni Representative Program
You may have graduated from a NOLS course last year or even fifteen years ago but still want to remain connected with "the leader in wilderness education." It sounds like the Alumni Representative Program is right up your alley!

Alumni Email List Services
NOLS has two types of mailing lists that allow alumni to communicate via electronic mail: announcement lists (for chapter and NOLS announcements) and discussion lists (for any NOLS grad or friend to post emails.) Alumni chapters post emails regularly for their upcoming events and there are also lists you can subscribe to based on which course you took. There are already over 10,000 subscribers.

Facebook Group
Our goal is simple–we cultivate connections throughout the NOLS community–including graduates, staff and families from 40 years of NOLS expeditions. (You need to join facebook to participate in this group.)

Make NOLS a friend! There's also a NOLS group on myspace, check it out.

Flickr Groups
A search on Flickr for NOLS turns up more than 14,000 photos! Join the NOLS flickr group and upload your favorite photos from your course.

YouTube
This is similar to flickr, but for video. You can see the latest videos made by NOLS and a ton of videos made by students.
